CLAYPOT CHICKEN RICE @ TAMAN BERKELEY KLANG

There are quite a few restaurant selling claypot chicken rice around klang. To me, this restaurant used to serve very good claypot chicken rice, but lately their taste are getting from good to ok only. The most important part in preparing this dish is to master the fire. If the rice is overcooked, it would burned the bottom part of the portion, So, the cook have to stir it regularly to make sure that the bottom part doesn't get burnt. Personally, I had tasted the best restaurant that serve the best claypot chicken rice, and they are from muar, and their shop are located at bandar baru klang. But to our dismay, they already relocated to other area, and im still trying to search for them. Yesterday, we ordered both their claypot chicken rice and yau mak..and it took them quite long to serve us. They seem very disorganize with a lot of shouting here & there. When we finally have the opportunity to eat, the claypot chicken rice really dissapoint us, as the bottom part burnt and we have to shallow all those burnt pieces...haha..I would give it a 5/10 for this , and hope that they can improve on the area that i have identify.

COCONUT HERBAL CHICKEN SOUP @ TAMAN BERKELEY, KLANG

Well, I have been to this restaurant more than my 10 fingers and frankly speaking the quality & taste of this restaurant's food is on the downtrend. We used to eat here every here & there, but last night is a bit dissappointing for both my wife & I . As usual, we would order a soup to feast on, and we ordered their signature soup- coconut herbal chicken soup. But to our dismay, the soup are not very strong taste like before, My wife & I like to eat food with strong taste aka saltier..So, for us this is just a normal soup, but served in a very special way...I would rate it 5/10 and hope that they would improve more in the overall taste..

FRIED PORRIDGE & STEAMED LALA @ TAMAN BERKELEY, KLANG

After our normal routine of visitng our son Lucas, we proceed to have our dinner somewhere nearby where we stay. This special restaurant by the name of RESTORAN BUBUR GORENG located at taman Berkeley klang. This is i think my second time trying this fried porridge, i really like the taste of "LIEW HE" or dried cuttlefish in this fried porridge. The portion are standard, whereas it cost RM12.00 for this bowl of fried porridge, we managed to finish it in around 10mins..haha..that expain how good the taste is..

I would rate this fried porridge 8/10 ! We would visit this restoran soon for sure..

As for the steamed lala, I can said that the lala are very fresh & tasty, and the soup are very delicious too, My wife love it very much, as explained from 3/4 of this steamed lala are consumed by her. I would give a 7.5/10 rating for this steamed lala.
