Hainanese are known for their skill in preparing dishes like chicken rice & chicken chop. Personally, i craved for chicken chop especially those prepared by hainanese. I have tried a lot of places, but no other places can compare to this restoran that i would highly recommended. It is located near my factory at teluk pulai. Aunt Ruby (Boss) 's hainanese chicken chop consists of a big piece of chicken chop, fried potatoes sliced, green peas and unions and topped up with gravy. I really love the taste of this dishes and i ordered this almost every week when i ate there. I recommended this to lots of my friends and they also love it very much. I would give a 9/10 for this hainanese chicken chop. awesome !!
